Yes, it was the first day of school…
Everyone is happy, everyone had a good day, an easy transition into the new school year.
But, I am a grouch. I need to go to bed and hit delete on this day.
I spent my day running around town with two small children (who were very good until the end, when we were all exhausted). We got Jack’s hair cut, isn’t he darling…
I did somehow manage to COOK with my new menu plan.
Get my morning routine done.
Run a car-pool.
Take a walk.
Realized that if I say YES to being in Lana’s wedding, I really need to lose those 10 lbs that keep finding me…

I haven’t had near enough blogging time today.
And, HSSH had the nerve to call and talk to his children. They haven’t seen him in 7 weeks, he hasn’t called in 2. It just really ticks me off. He has some nerve. How dare he call and try to wreck my peace of mind. There I said it. (deep breath) I feel better.
I will not let my peace leave…

Hope today is a good day. You got a lot done yesterday, good job. I am not accomplishing a lot around here lately--being somewhat lazy trying to soak up those last precious days of summer.
I would totally be the ex-wife from hell. I don't blame you one bit for how you felt. Hope the kids enjoyed the call and weren't thrown too much by it.
So happy for Lana and Ben! AS for you...praying that this day you will get a small chance to see God, even just for a sec. Look, seek, and then find and be delighted in your discovery!
