Wordless Wednesday... the reception...

I did dance with zach... but no one took a picture (that I know of!)

Only Little Girl...

In my family, before any of us were married, we used to have this... record?  8 Track?  Cassette?  Not sure what it was... but we would listen to it... us girls... and cry... and our dad would begin to sing it... and we'd stop him... we'd cry... (he'd cry too... truth be known!!)

At my wedding... I played it.

At Lana's wedding... she played it...

Her and my dad danced to it...

They couldn't look at each other... it was too hard not to lose it...

I saw them dancing... I hadn't known they were going to play that song... I went to my other two sisters.. I told them, we need to go up there and finish dancing this song with them...

We did...

Then my mom came up and joined us too...and of course we all cried... again...

Wedding Pictures...

Here are few of my favorites of the wedding pictures. 

Of course I don't have pictures of the actually ceremony... I was standing on a little step... praying not to fall... and thinking mostly about how much my feet hurt!  And I wasn't going to try having Zach take pictures again!  That didn't work so well!! 

You have to know how well Kiahna did though!  OH MY!!  We were all almost in tears!  She did so good!!  We were praising God as she reached the end of the aisle, and dumped the remainder of her rose petals onto the floor!  Too funny!!  She was very focused on getting those rose petals placed... I wonder if she even looked up to see 400 people watching her!?!  Thank you for praying... Thank GOD for caring, about the little things!!

Magical Make-Overs...

Our morning began Saturday, at the salon... almost 4 hours later... I was the last one to leave... and we all began feeling like princesses as the transformations took place!

This is where I confess my complete failure as a blogging queen!  I have no after pictures of any of them (until the wedding pictures)... I do have an after picture of Katie (cousin and friend)... but no before picture...

... and I confess.. no pictures of me... sigh... of course there is more to that story... this angel came and offered us free hand/foot massages... sigh... of course we obliged her... and then I asked her if she had time for a paid neck/back massage... and she obliged me... so I missed the afters... and was the last one to get my hair done... and no one was around to take my picture...so you'll just have to wait for the real wedding pictures to see the rest of us!!
